Chris Sleapwood - MSc, MBACP, MUPCA, Integrative Psychotherapist (UKCP)

A qualified, experienced therapist

At Reflective Presence Therapy, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

You may be facing significant life changes, feeling stuck in relationships, or struggling with anger, low mood, or self-esteem. If things feel overwhelming or uncertain, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to work through it on your own.

As a relational therapist, I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment for authentic connection. Through active collaboration, we will explore your struggles, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and find practical ways to move forward together.

“Our deepest, most profound stirrings of self-appreciation, self-love, and self-knowledge surface in the presence of the person whom we experience as totally accepting.”

Jacob Zinker

I have completed an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at Birmingham Newman University, and I am a Registered Member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). As a UKCP and BACP member, I work within recognised ethical frameworks to ensure safe, professional, and confidential practice.
